Q: Do I need to place an order every month?
A: Yes, this program offers you rewards for orders that are placed each month.
Q: How do I earn gifts through the Essential Rewards program?
A: When you continue to place your month orders earning essential reward points, you’ll qualify for these gifts at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months! After 12 months, you’ll receive gifts after every additional 12 months of consecutive orders.
Q: How will I receive my gift?
A: The gift will be added automatically to the next processed monthly order.
Q: How many points do I earn for my Essential Rewards order?
A: You earn points based on a percentage of your PV (Points Value) for each Essential Rewards order and based on how long you’ve been enrolled….
1–3 months: 10% of each Essential Rewards order PV
4–24 months: 20% of each Essential Rewards order PV
25+ months: 25% of each Essential Rewards order PV
**For example, if you’ve been enrolled 8 months you earn 20%, so lets say you place an order worth 200 points value, you’d earn 20% of 200 which equals 40, so you’d accumulate 40 essential rewards!
Q: Is there a minimum PV (Point Value) for my order?
A: Yes. Your monthly Essential Rewards order in the U.S. must be at least 50 PV to qualify.
Q: How do I use my reward points?
A: You can take advantage of these rewards in your dashboard online at checkout by selecting “Apply Points.”
Q: How many points may I use each month?
A: You may take advantage of up to 350 points each month!
Q: If I cancel my enrollment in Essential Rewards, do I lose my points?
A: To cancel your enrollment you can simply contact contact Member Services and yes you would forfeit any unused points. If you choose to enroll again in the future you can start over earning again right away!
Q: How soon may I redeem points that I earn?
A: You start earning essential reward points the minute your first order ships! After two months of being a member with us, you can start taking advantage of these earned points!
Q: When I redeem my points do I go by dollar amount or PV (Points Value)?
A: When you take advantage of your Essential Rewards points you will go by the PV amount for that particular product(s), not dollar amount.
*Example: If you have 50 essential reward points you’ve accumulated, you may order something worth 50 in PV (Points Value) on products eligible
Q: Do my points expire?
A: Yes, but you have an entire year from when you earned them to take advantage before they expire!
