
LOVE the Stress Away essential oil! This was the very first oil I ran out of, go figure 🙂 I love to diffuse it at least a couple times a week during meditation and yoga as it helps me get into a deeper relaxation! This is also a nice one to diffuse in your little ones’ room or study area to help promote calmness:) If you’re a bath babe like me, try adding a few drops to your epsom salts for an even more relaxing tub time! You can also mix a few drops with water in a glass spray bottle and use it as a nice calming pillow scent.
